Maria Trubova joined Miss Reception because she wanted to gain more confidence, assertiveness and knowledge. Although Maria was working in a travel agent she did miss the hotel industry where she had previously had many roles. Two week's after leaving the academy Maria found her dream reception job working for one of London's top 5* hotels and all this was achieved before Maria had even received her results! Maria has said that the confidence she gained and the empowerment she felt after leaving was really showing through and especially in interviews. In the same week, Maria was also offered a position at the RAC but decided to stay with the hotel. We are very proud of Maria and of everything she has achieved in such a very short space of time.
